3. User Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to your pool and equipment
  • Secure any pets that may interfere with service delivery
  • Remove personal items from pool area prior to service
  • Provide notice of any pool or equipment issues that may affect safety
  • Maintain pool area in a condition that allows safe service delivery
  • Pay for services according to agreed terms and schedule
  • Notify us promptly of any concerns or service issues

Access Requirements

You must ensure that our technicians have clear, safe access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes:

  • Unlocked gates or provision of access codes/keys
  • Clear pathways free from obstacles
  • Adequate lighting for safety (if services are early/late in day)
  • Notification of any hazards or special access requirements

4. Booking and Payment Terms

Service Booking

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm booking details
  • Emergency services may require immediate payment authorization
  • Regular service schedules require advance payment arrangement

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of one-time services
  • Regular services require prepayment or agreed payment schedule
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards
  • A 1.5% surcharge applies to credit card payments
  • Overdue accounts may incur late payment fees

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Pricing may vary based on:

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Client Cancellations

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling available
  • Less than 24 hours: Service fee may apply (50% of service cost)
  • Same day cancellation: Full service fee applies
  • No-show: Full service fee applies

Weather Cancellations

Services may be cancelled or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions for safety reasons. No fees apply for weather-related cancellations initiated by us.

Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service quality, please contact us within 24 hours. We will:

  • Return to address any service issues at no additional cost
  • Provide a partial or full refund if issues cannot be resolved
  • Work with you to find a satisfactory solution

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage is limited to:

  • The cost of re-performing the services
  • A refund of the amount paid for the specific service
  • Direct damages only (excluding consequential or indirect damages)

Excluded Liability

  • Damage caused by acts of nature or extreme weather
